Rolfe Homes was successful for the $4 million tender to complete, transport and install 6 townhouses and 1 duplex, over 3 separate sites in the Northern Territory.
The tender was issued by the Northern Territory Government to provide accommodation for government workers. Each town house consists of 4 modules and in total 8 modules for the duplex.
The project included site works, landscaping, fencing, carports driveways, garden sheds, bin enclosures and all connections of services such as power, water, phone and sewerage.
