The Rolfe Homes Factory Built Modular System aim is to offer a quality, affordable and timely new home solution.
The Modular System allows you to choose the size of house that is right for you but has the ability to easily add additional modules in the future to suit your needs.
Once approval of finance has been confirmed in writing, the building approval process can begin. The beauty about prefabricated construction in the factory means we can start while the building approval is being processed! Construction time in the factory is 8-10 weeks to complete, then just one week to deliver and install.
